FORM OF DELIVERY OF GOODS
Pricing Policy:
– Product prices chemistry Our prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Items quoted in other foreign currencies will be converted to the selling rate of the Bank of Vietnam at the time of payment.
Chemical Ordering : HCL , NaOH , Javen .......
– All orders sent to us must be made in writing and signed by an authorized person of the Buyer, orders can be sent to us via e-mail: locthien@locthien.vn or Hotline: 0979.89.1929
– To ensure safe, accurate and timely delivery, all orders must be placed 01-03 days in advance.
Delivery Method:
- Working and delivery hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM every day, except Sundays and holidays. Please order before 3:00 PM, orders placed after 3:00 PM will be served the next day.
– Delivery time within 01 day for pure chemicals, industrial chemicals and other basic chemicals.
– Customers pick up goods at our warehouse at the address listed on the quotation. If the goods are delivered at the Buyer’s warehouse, they will be delivered by our specialized chemical transport vehicle.

Packaging Specifications:
– We will collect and process liquid chemical packaging and containers for reuse.
- All customers when ordering the above chemicals must provide their own packaging and suitable containers for exchange. If they do not provide their own packaging and containers, they must deposit money for the packaging and containers, with the packaging and container prices as follows:
+ 30 liter plastic can: 50.000 VND/piece
+ 200 liter plastic drum: 350.000 VND/piece
+ 1000 liter plastic tank: 1.200.000 VND/unit
– The packaging deposit will be refunded by us immediately when the Buyer returns all packaging and containers in usable condition that have been delivered between the two parties.
– When returned, packaging and plastic containers (cans, drums, tanks, tubs) must be intact, not punctured or torn. The packaging must have the lid and stopper intact. If damaged or lost, the Buyer must compensate at the price as deposited.
* In case of lost packaging lid will be charged as lost packaging.
Check the quality of goods before entering the warehouse:
– The Buyer must check the goods' expenses before importing them into the warehouse such as:
+ Quality
+ Quantity
+ Types
+ Number of packaging (returnable packaging includes cans, drums, tanks, tubs).
– We only accept returns if there is a problem within 2 working days.
Safe when using:
1. The buyer is responsible for ensuring chemical safety during use and storage.
2. The Buyer shall be responsible for training and instructing its employees on chemical safety when coming into contact with chemicals supplied by us.
3. We are responsible for ensuring the safety of goods during transportation.
4. The Buyer must provide “License to use hazardous chemicals” or “Commitment to using hazardous chemicals for the right purposes” upon request.
5. We are willing to provide documents related to chemical safety such as “Material Safety Data Sheet/MSDS” as well as related technical documents when requested by the buyer.
VAT invoice:
– To avoid errors, the Buyer must provide us with the exact and complete Vietnamese version of the company name, address, tax code and business registration certificate (photocopy), especially when the Buyer is a foreign company operating in industrial parks/export processing zones.
We will issue an invoice to the Buyer when:
+ As soon as we deliver the goods to the Buyer.
+ After delivery to the Buyer 3-5 days by express delivery.
Payment methods:
1. The Buyer must pay us 100% of the goods upon delivery. The Buyer will pay us in cash or by bank transfer after receiving the goods and VAT invoice.
2. If there is an agreement to pay later, the late payment period will be based on the Contract or specific order. This form allows customers to transfer money via a bank account number with account details as follows:
