VKC-1501 is a corrosion inhibitor that controls attack on pipes, valves, pumps, and heat exchangers by forming a protective film on iron, steel, copper, and aluminum metal surfaces.
VKC-1501 is a mixture of Sodium Nitrite, organic phosphate and buffering agent which can replace the expensive molybdate. It is the optimal anti-corrosion preparation in closed circulation systems, does not pollute, keeps the system clean. The product is completely compatible with water or ethylene glycol solution.
ADVANTAGE:
- Low cost;
– Buffer has the ability to self-adjust pH 7.5-10;
- Not only anti-corrosion of iron metal but also other metals;
– Non-toxic to the environment, contains low nitrite content.
– Liquid solution, easy to use, non-toxic to skin;
– The product is highly stable, effective in use, reducing costs in maintenance and operation.
DOSAGE:
- Initial dosage is about 1,0-3,0 kg/1m3 of water in a closed system, Chiller;
– When the system starts operating, the dosage is 0,15 kg/1m3 in the system/1 year;
– For the product to effectively control NO2- concentration from 340-800ppm in closed water systems.
Notice: When changing water, flushing the system, etc., this process starts over again.
