H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide)
H2O2 in liquid form is milky white, slightly more viscous than water. H2O2, being a weak acid, can form hydroperoxides, peroxides, or derivatives of many metals. It also has the properties of a base, H2O2 is weaker than water but can form products with some very strong acids.
Application
H2O2 at concentrations from 35% to 50% is used to disinfect swimming pool water very well. Because H2O2 has very strong oxidizing properties, especially when combined with UV light.
In addition, H2O2 also has the ability to neutralize excess chlorine in swimming pool water if we add too much 70 chlorine solution or 90 TCCA effervescent tablets.
HCL (hydrochloric acid)
Content: 31% – 32%
Colorless or pale yellow solution, pungent toxic gas smell. HCL is a strong acidic chemical, reacts with base oxides, salts, and metals. The product is used in many industrial fields.
Applications in swimming pool treatment
Hydrochloric acid is used to reduce pH in case the pH in the swimming pool exceeds the allowable level (above 7.6). In addition, it also acts as a disinfectant solution, effectively and economically cleaning some algae and rust stains on the pool wall.
DOSAGE USE
Chemicals H2O2, HCL in liquid form are easy to mix and use. Dissolve a small amount of chemical in water and sprinkle around the lake surface. After 3-6 hours, let guests bathe. Dosage: 1-4 liters/100m3/time.
